Ollie comes from a five star background of working with Poggenpohl Kitchens – where he managed events throughout the country for the iconic brand, whilst also working with celebrity chefs and private clients.

He has successfully managed Bray Cottages for over 7 years and taken care of thousands of guests during his time working in the village.

Working alongside the concierge team, he is involved with the booking of restaurants to creating a truly bespoke stay – our ethos is “nothing is too much trouble”.

He now also heads up the sales division of our sister global event management company ‘Conference Contacts’.
